FOREST MINISTER, CONGRESS CHIEF WHIP, PAY COURTESY VISIT TO ARCHBISHOP
Bengaluru Oct 17: Karnataka State’s Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment, Ramnath Rai along with the Congress Party’s Chief Whip and Vice President of the Christian Development Council Ivan D’souza paid a courtesy visit to Archbishop Most Rev. Dr. Bernard Moras October 17th. In a tete-e-tete the statesmen sought the blessings of the Archbishop upon them and the State while the Prelate assured them of the same. Ivan D’souza (Member of the Legislative Council) was appointed chief whip of the ruling Congress party on July 2nd 2016 by Karnataka Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah. Ramnath Rai is Member of the Legislative Assembly from Bantwal.
