Mercy of God does not end with ‘The Year of Mercy’: Archbishop Moras
Bengaluru, Nov 5: Addressing a congregation of over 1000 Faithful at St. Anthony’s Church in Madivala Archbishop minced so words in saying that “showing mercy should be a daily practice.” “The mercy of God is limitless and we must reflect his mercy every moment of our life. The mercy of God does not end with the year of mercy it continues till the end of the world” the prelate said in a concelebrated Holy Mass with the parish clergy and parish priests from the deanery, at 11.30 am on November 5th. He was addressing the congregation to mark the close of the Year of Mercy.
The Parish clergy who arranged transport for the Faithful commuting large distances saw the participation of Parish Priests Fr. Arulraj Sampath, Fr. Arockiasamy, Fr, Therese Babu, and Fr Joji Babu Kakumanu, msc newly elected Fr. Praveen Sequeira (Provincial,OFM), Parish Priest of St. Anthony’s Church Fr. Johhny Anthony along with the parish clergy.
Vicar General of the Archdiocese Msgr. S Jayanathan thanked the Archbishop, parish priest and deans. The congregation joined in a fellowship lunch that followed the Mass.
