Christmas gatherings are Faith-gatherings too: Archbishop Bernard Moras

cec2Bengaluru, Dec 12 : A large gathering of members of the Catholic Enquiry Centre (CEC)and its associates, met for a Christmas program December 10th. Archbishop Dr. Bernard Moras who joined in the celebrations reminded the gathering that “Christmas get-togethers are not just social gatherings but also faith-gatherings as we remind ourselves of Emmanuel, God-with-us”. Commending the work of CEC in proclaiming Jesus Christ as the savior of the world, the Archbishop said “We must never grow tired of Proclaiming Christ. Like the star that led the wise men to the stable in Bethlehem, we too must continue to lead people closer to Christ, especially people who have not known him yet”.

The Archbishop awarded certificates to those who completed the Bible courses with CEC.

J Arockianathan, spiritual Director of the CEC recalled with gratitude the keen interest the Archbishop shows towards CEC.  He appreciated the great efforts of CEC in making Christ known to thousands of people who seek solace and peace.   Vicar General, Monsignor C Francis Pontifical Missions Organisation Director Fr. Faustine Lobo, Dn Martin National Director of the Pontifical Mission Society and Slyvie, director of the Pontifical Mission Society, Switzerland were also present for the Christmas get-together.
